I was wondering how much I should ask for this domain? I know it's a .org, but it's a short 2 word domain with relevant and popular keywords. It shows on EstiBot that "Best Careers" gets 5,400 exact searches a month.

This is a hot industry.
There are high cpc values and you can monetize it in a great way.
Developing may be a great option. If you sell it, you may go for high xxx considering the industry.
