Kind of a niche market but thanks to last years toilet paper debacle there could be an emerging market..

I really think you'll struggle catching a buyers imagination with this one. If the word was "toilets", I'd see it Low X,XXX. Offers accepted while you own it, hope you get a bid. If not, I'd drop. IMO
