How I got it: Randomly really. Decided to see if I could register a good .com without going into the aftermarket, because you know, I'm a poor college student.
Now, the only way I ever plan to develop this one is if some kind of new amusement park simulation video game is ever released (kind of like the old RollerCoaster Tycoon series - which I absolutely loved). My first ever website ever built was actually a homestead free website in 2000 for that game. This means... as far as development: yes, but no idea when - could be years from now.
So, here's what I see...
Pros: Brandable, two words, sounds nice, and the only TLD that matters. If it was .net/.org or anything else I would not be asking for appraisal.
Cons: No one ever really searches the term "amusements" - looked it up on Google Keywords. I also have no immediate or even any short term future development plans.
