When I first read your domain, I saw it as be-stale.com which was quite confusing. I was going to say regfee until I read the other people's responses. For best-ale, I'd say low $xxx is fair. I'd recommend writing it as BestAle.com when you sell it though since the topic of the domain would be clearer this way.
