i wrote this sms script recently, its version 2 and uses Flash, with an easy-to-edit XML file with all cell providers, so you can use one or all of them if you wish. there is a built in theme system, currently with two themes, but soon to be more with free updates. there is no database needed at all. there is an admin page that allows you to change google settings and everything else.
