you can use joomla with the Mosets Tree extension it will need some effort to customize it as needed but im pretty sure it's will suit your needs..

I'm not sure about already created and ready to buy review script, but if you want to build review site manually, you might want to look at joomla or wordpress as solution. There is also jReviews extension for joomla, which i used and can work really good. Also there are many wordpress review themes, which can be good to build a review site.

why not just buy one from "flippa" (google the name) where some of them are already making money to cover basic costs such as a host and other essentials. Honestly that would be much easier than trying to market one in such a competitive field
