Not so good. Once a domain expires, the price can increase by 5x within just one day.

Always look for renewal prices before jumping the bandwagon. Even NC is $18 for renewals.

Check (tldes) but I think the era of cheap regs/renewals/transfers have ended, maybe only if a new registrar pops up, to offer like UD discounts.
That is why time to adjust the belt and make more sales.

Unfortunately, even Black Friday last year didn't have any fantastic .com reg deals. At least, I didn't see many.
