Best Buy Problems

Does anyone else have problems tracking packages from Best Buy. I just ordered a second thing from the site in a week and a half and yet again the tracking information swears there is no info. It's probably on a plane now. It's irritating.

It's not just Best Buy.. I've had that happen often with shipments from everywhere.. sometimes there is "no info" until it reaches town.. sometimes not until after it's delivered. Tracking, in general, sucks IMO.

Usually when people ship things via USPS and you get a tracking code, it's only good for reference unless the person who shipped the item to you shelled out the extra cash for package tracking.

Wow, it took 24 hours to update. With a company like FedEx they don't send you a code unless it is active (which happens right when the order is put in to pick it up). I would never use UPS to send stuff after this experience. How is DHL?

aparently DHL are crap. i've read afew blogs about the problems they have. never used them personally though. i'm aussie
