It's a brandable at best IMHO. Honestly, it doesn't make any sense in English to me. It sounds like it wants to be something like "How To Be a Mother" but it totally misses the mark.

$0 reseller and doubtful to find an enduser for more than regfee.

I am not sure what that wiktionary link is referring to... but it isn't a phrase used in English - not in that form. Definitely see the category for which it would be in, but the words need to make sense too, IMHO.
