Reaching for the stars selling this particular domain, to this particular neighbourhood in Los Angeles. Best of luck, but I just think you'll struggle, IMO. Would be easier if just "LA Cars" (easy Mid X,XXX)

I think worth a shot outbounding to multiple leads who are in the adjacent business if not in the car business (for example airline etc). If it doesn't sell via outbound, drop it.
