There may be trademark issues surrounding this domain.

I personally like the domain and could see it developed into a Bejeweled clone created in Flash. The value of this domain is something I am unwilling to touch as I said there could be TM issues. If there are, then you could end up in trouble or they may not even bother with the domain.

It is a good name. The TM issues will hurt it if there are any.
