Hello!

Here are my comments and appraisals:

BeerCheeseSoup.com - Creative name! But unless you are talking about a soup that has beer and cheese (and in my book that's hardly a soup ), I find it too complex (three words) to remember. I would say mid $xx.
DearFellow.com - I think this one has potential for the social niche. I would say high $xx to low $xxx.

Yes it is a soup (good too). Google shows an estimate of 14,800 exact monthly searches for "beer cheese soup". It seems to get more popular during the winter.

Would this be impossible to rank for "beer cheese soup" against all the top recipe sites?

Were these my domains, I would put a price under $500 for the soup and under $1,000 the fellow.
Also I would be willing to sell to a reseller either of these domains for $30.
The soup domain may be worth more if developed a bit.
