THere appear to be over 1 billion results for beach in google. Also beach.com doesn't seem to be developed, so if this one is developed it might rank highly in google, I think (can someone confirm this?)

Based on the search results alone, I think this name is worth high $xx to very low $xxx. IMO.

I don't think that is the way it works MKellerman, if it was based on a ranking system of domain extensions then Cameroon would be down there with the mystical strength of a powderpuff and a wet doily or somewhere in between.

There are far stronger extensions that would be there in its place and Cameroon doesn't really have any beaches to brag about, after looking on Google maps there is nothing there all the way down its coastline which leads me to believe this is next to useless.

Though you may get someone buying to see if they can get some misdirected traffic, I would hold onto it and see what revenue it brings while parked and that will at least let your know how much multiples of monthly income to charge
