Hello,

We've have visited several online auctions.... We are very interested in your domain name 10m.biz.

Just email me your price and we will consider it.

Of course, domain reselling is not a main direction of our business (we develop software). But domain aftermarket is hot now, so we are always interested in domain names.

Looking forward to do business with you.

Hello TNGTech
Right now we want to keep this name as the .Biz prices are raising and we are thinking to launch one big project on this name.

So just let us know your final offer and we think if it is profitable for us.

Can you accept 12000 USD?

Do you sell domain with a web site or just the name?

Domain without content is ok with me. Web site is not necessary.

Have you had your domain names evaluated in the past? I mean domain appraisals.

Without valuation we cannot be sure in the sale price. It's very important for me in terms of reselling too.

But we must engage a valuation company with REAL manual service. So I will only accept valuations from independent sources I trust.

To avoid mistakes I asked domain experts about reputable appraisal companies.

Please check this posting from archive:
http://discussnames.007sites.com/Archive/298460.htm

If, for example, the valuation comes higher you can adjust your asking price accordingly. It will be fair. I also hope you can give me 12% - 15% discount.

After you send me the valuation via email (usually it takes 1-2 days to obtain it) we'll continue our negotiations.

What is your preferred payment method: Escrow.com, International wire transfer, PayPal.com or something else?

Hope we can come to an agreement fast.

Looking forward to your reply.

Hi Hodges

I see you are investing in valuable cyber real estate.

Now I like your 12000$ offer, and I personally don't trust appraisal by anyone and I put value as how the name useful.

According to my experience this name is really great as 10m words itself powerful.

Here is my summery:-
Google search for:

1>10m = 46,700,000(this is huge traffics, and there is no good website there)

2>10 million = 59,100,000(no good site on this keyword too)

3>10 mil = 10,200,000 (Huge traffic)

4>10m.com = www.10m.com sale price $75000

5>Match with project like www.milliondollarhomepage.com

This is just a small review a lot of combination by 10 and m is possible, which can match with any business model.

So I consider this name’s value be little more, and if you can offer will consider selling, as we decide to reduce our portfolio due to recession.

We accept payment by wire transfer plus if any fees paid by buyer, and if you want to use escrow you have to pay the escrow service fees.

And I have some very good names if you like any we can do better deal.

1>FINDLATINO.COM

2>TRUEUSA..COM

3>MADONNAPICTURE.COM

4>MADONNACONCERT.COM

5>FORECLOSEDHOMELOT.COM

6>GADGETSVIRUS.COM

7>HOURLYPAYS.COM

8>KNEEAIRBAGS..com

10>OFFICIALGOLFSITE.COM

11>PETVIDS.ORG

12>PETVIDEOTUBE.COM

13>PALMRESORTDUBAI.COM

14>SLEEKDIAMONDS.COM

This is just some of the best name and related to your choice; actually we have more than 500 scrap names portfolio.

Plz offer whatever you think best of any name and we will see what we can do.

It's a standard practice to show independent valuation to buyers/resellers.
Nobody will do business without it. I'm a businessman and have no intention
of changing rules which help both parties to avoid additional risks.

Of course, investors never take into account auto-generated vlauations. So
manual valuation is a "must" too.

I read the following information about appraisals at:
http://discussnames.007sites.com/Archive/298460.htm

Thank you for understanding... I'm looking forward to do business with you.

Hi Hodges

You are right at your end.

If you not satisfied with name value you can do appraisal, with your favorite company or person , and we can split that fees.

Hello Hodges

I prefer http://www.GreatDomains.com appraisal, which is done by sedo.

So actually this sedo appraisal service which cost me $29 to get the result within 1 week.

So if you really want to buy 10m.biz then I will go and pay for appraisal fees with sedo which will give me result after 1 week.

I hope you like this service, as I never use appraisal service.

I'm not going to wait for one week for a cheap appraisal service from SEDO. This is not acceptable. Other companies do appraisals for one year.

I researched several companies and here are the results:

I considered www.Afternic.com, but now it's clear their service is not reliable enough.
Just read this:
http://www.igoldrush.com/links3.htm
"Capsule Review: After lots of complaints, Afternic is no longer a recommended service. We will re-review the service in the near future."

Another complaint
http://www.out-law.com/page-1630

I was told about manual research service from http://www.DomainMart.com. It costs - $200/hour.

Many experienced sellers suggested me www.EasyNameSale.com as a trustworth manual service. They charge per name not per hour. I've read only positive comments about them at http://www.aboutus.org/EasyNameSale.com.

It's a big risk to proceed without professional valuation. I already spoke
to industry experts and they prohibited me to do business without
valuation..

Without manual valuation nobody will buy. You'll sit on your domain for
years in this case, paying renewal fees to your registrar. Just think about
it. So sooner or later, you'll have to obtain an appraisal. Why waste time
now?

As a seller, you can use a valuation certificate to sell names to other
buyers. I cannot do the same because I don't keep control over your domain.

I'm still interested in your domain. Hope you'll change your position. I
simply don't want to take additional risks.

Thank you for understanding. I'm looking forward to do business with you.

Hello Hodge

I m individual seller and I don't have big budget, ya I m doing domaining but on small scale.

But I know I have some names which will get it values in future, and in past I sell many names on my personal site and on domain forums, where you never need appraisal.

why I don't do valuation is I know once, monetize my domain will got more value and the old valuation is no more useful for me.

Right now 10m.biz is not monetized, so I m sure the value come less, so let do the things if this is just investment wait 6 more month and let me prove how much traffic it able to get without good content. As per my knowledge whoever sells big names doing this same thing.

Right now I feel if you do valuation with any good company might be the value come near by $5000, as it is not monetized yet. And I don't want it to go under $10000 so there is no way to do valuation.

So if you want to start your content base website right now don't worry about valuation, Even Google and Yahoo started them site the value was zero and see right now, so this is very good name and once you little monetize it will 100% get huge traffics, I will help to monetize this name sir. But for future investment you have to wait 6 more month and then I will contact you with appraisal certificate, as I know the value going to bump up after 6 months.

And you can visit my big portfolio on below both site, as I m not worried about renewal fees.
Many premium names are not listed there, as I know my site is not popular yet..
1> www.adomaindeal.com
2> www.dotasiadeal.com

One more time Hodge think about search result of 10m, 10 mil,10 millions only these 3 keywords, and right now I need budget and ready to do deal.
Hope you understand my budget problem.

To whomever it may concern,

I am interested in your domain names madonnaconcert.com,madonnapicture.com and
was wondering if you would consider selling them to me.
I would be willing to go through Escrow.com (or any reputable escrow service of
your choice) for the transaction, so that you know you are in good hands.
Also, I would not ask you to purchase an appraisal. This is simply a genuine
request to purchase your domain names.

If you are interested in selling, please give me your asking price.

Thank you

Now i check his email id he is not owning any domain, plus i found he is scammer take a look at here.

Hope you guys think about this both Guy and help our community by your past experience with such a nasty time consuming but somehow helpful Spam emails.
