Be Aware of Steven Mitchell Barger - Located in Mexico
In dealings with this person they continually dragged out the purchase of a domain name with excuse after excuse. Then when questioned, said he was in Mexico, it was a holiday,his daughter was ill, he was out of town, he couldnt respond because of whatever reason he stated at the time.

Said he was paying several different times etc, lost sale of same domain messing around with this person probably cost me 2-4k on a sale

Just keep the name in mind in case you get an inquiry from them
