The 3 makes it problematic.. and hopefully you had an idea for development before you purchased or obtained the domain. I can't think of anything off the top of my head.. short domains like this typically are good for redirection or email.

it might get some traffic even though it is .net. Try parking it and then selling to the end users using the other extentions
