Just registered this domain today so I am not looking for a lot of money for it, but it is a domain that is very brandable to the right person. The domain is BaseballRealist.com.

Google Search for "baseball" brings up 115,000,000 results
Google Search for "realist" brings up 8,080,000 results
Google Search for "baseball realist" brings up 1,240,000 results
Estibot.com Appraises BaseballRealist.com at $30

I am looking for hopefully something in that price range if possible, but no lower than $10. Domain is at Namecheap.com and is obviously registered until July 31, 2008 with Free WhoIs Guard push. So...
