Name
I think the fact that the owners of the bartending schools might be on the contact info is why so many responded back so quick
It's often tough to find a decision maker on a public email address
For instance, I came across some inside info recently about a major name that someone tried to sell me through one of my sites
I know who would pay a lot for it, I keep getting emails from the VP of the IT department to tell her the name (the large company I know that would want the name)
I keep telling her, I get paid a finders fee and if the CEO of the company can't call me or email me that he will pay me 10% for telling them what name has been offered to me privately, so far it's like pulling teeth
It got to the point I just said look the name is going to be sold real cheap and it's a developed name that applies to your company
The current owner has no clue that your company even exists (they do tons of work for the Gov in IT matters)
Anyway, if a name is nice for a 'small business' owner such a form letter works
If the name is being shopped to a larger company it's a whole different game
So before you shoot out a ton of emails using my example, know what type of buyer you are chasing
End User is the key to getting a decent sum for any name, it's just some end users are way easier to reach
