I was fortunate to acquire the name BARCELONA recently.
For those unaware of the city, it is the fourth most visited city in Europe, the largest city on the Mediterranean, the capital of Catalonia, and without doubt one of the coolest cities on the planet.
It also lives and loves art and culture AND is home to probably the best known football club on the planet.
I have already had a few shows of interest (indeed, one substantial offer) but wondered what a likely value of this name would be in the eyes of my peers here at Namepros.
I would love to keep and develop (oh, as a football fan, to do Manchester and Barcelona would be a dream), but am inclined to sell to use the returns elsewhere. That said, I don't want to accept too low an offer and don't want to be too full of myself to think the name is worth far more than it actually is.
Can anyone give a suggestion as to what they think it is really worth?
