And majority come from india. I receive them every day . They are gradually killing outbound strategy for domainers. It's annoying

No wonder it is tough to get a response from someone when you do outbound. They get so many spammy emails even if you have a good email approach and message they simply are too overwhelm with all the spam.

Although my theory has always been, "You can't say the wrong thing to the right person" If someone wants the name and sees the value in it they will respond.

I don't mind the emails as most go directly to SPAM, or I can choose to just ignore it, but the phone calls, drive me nuts. Constantly spoofing local numbers but calling from India non stop about 20 times a day. I finally had to sign up for NOMOROBO on my phone line. My phone never stops ringing, I can't wait until Whois finally blocks our phone numbers!
