Banner Exchange ? anyone?

I am looking for ad banner exchange if you know anyone that wants to trade banners on their sites. The banners must be about 500x75 in size and preferably match or go along with the current site. Meaning.. no obnoxoius flashing red and pink ads for Viagra.. etc. Please email me with banners and the link you want to send it to and i will consider it. I am workign on getting a rotating banner system up but for now i will change the banner every day or so.
