The Gomery Inquiry and it's publication ban is now virtually useless.Anyone who can type,can find the conservative American blog posting away all the juicy details of the adscam fiasco.....unfortunately Canadians are prevented from posting the web address at the risk of being charged...but by typing in american blog sponsorship scandal into google...you should be able to find it on the first page.....the publics right to know...not in Canada,but as one person commented....it's starting to look like Canadababwe....

Well, all the previous hearings were public so I think thats good. But I see what you mean, I don't know why these ones are private.

I think Martin and his Liberals are trying to hide their mistakes, and are making regulations to keep their illegal sponsorships "secret".

They were private because they didn't want to taint a potential jury pool.

Since the trial was delayed, as of today, the testimony is no longer private.
