I like the idea of having this domain name coupled with .US. I've been using CNET's BW meter since it was made available, and one thing that stands out is it's ability to run comparisons based on provider and location (mostly US), so, as a user of that service, your domain name sticks easily. Great potential based on memorability and development potential, IMHO.

Well, all the tlds are gone except .biz according to freewhois.com (I normally use whois.sc but it was showing none taken for some reason). All the taken ones are parked. So reselling may be a bit difficult. Some big web sites offer bandwidth meters so there is some potential. I'd say $25 to $150 undeveloped.

BandwidthMeter.info is a developed website, offering various features and tests. .biz doesn't go well with this, IMO.

the resale value is low to mid $xx but EU and developed is much higher.

If you decided to develop, go for quality. there are a lot of established BW meters out there so beat them with your "stuff"
