Bandwidth speed limiter

Anyone know where I can find a program that emulates a modem or slows down my actual network connecting?

Trying to test out some sites for modem speeds... without having to dial up

Wanted a better solution instead of having to route myself through new zealand... Especially when i'm constantly testing apps, gets quite annoying.

I think WinGate have this option. Please try it.

Yup, someone else on another board also suggested WinGate. I'll give that a try and post results if any.
