Band Name/ Film Name domains

I have a few Band Name ,Upcoming andclassic film name Domains. Will I get in Trouble with Copyright/trademark Issues if I try to develop them into fansites/forums + t-shirt/poster shops..

Please give me your opinions and past instances of issues faced by yourself or other domainers.

You probably won't face any issues if you haven't hosted anything related to the films or music on the site...

but then again, you never know!

it is possible, it is hard to tell as a lot of companies are different.

But making $$$ off of their name is def something that is going to help them if they decide to go after you.
