it is a legal term, but hard to make anything commercial out of it, unless you come up with a great idea yourself.

It's a legal term but it involves personal property/chattels, so I'd like to know your opinions considering this too.

yes, it does involve property, but it is quite rare and specialised situations and the term is not much searched for. That said a legal company might be still interested in to forward to its homepage.

Also, try to come up with an idea how to relate the term to something else beyond legal and pitch the idea to potential buyer(s).
