Someone who is creative enough to develop this into website is your target. Well you have to wait for them and the value depends on what they are planning to offer. Speaking of creative people, they can always come up with better names
Try BrandBucket to see if they accept this as a listing, which could give you aplomb (just learnt this word in another thread )

Potentially this could be very brandable. However, I still think it would be hard to find a buyer that will pay you a decent amount up front for it.
