domain Backup Valve (.) com

I have this domain, the name stands out for me as a backup valve is something I would think of as the backup to ensure that everything flows smoothly. Could be used for any company that provides assurance services across any market.

'Oh crap, this went wrong, thank god we have a backup valve'

Only TM issue I could see would be valve software but I think that this is far enough removed from software to not represent any kind of TM infringement.

What do you guys think? I know I am looking at this through rose tinted glasses so interested to see if others see promise in this domain!

I like it, could also be automonitoring of data storage capacity, sending to cloud when local storage is maxed out
