Can I backorder names those aren't pending delete or expiring ?
The other question is:
Doe registrars have total control on expiring names those been registered by them?
In other words :
let's say example.com registered by me on Dynadot
and I let it drop, does Dynadot have the rights to resell it as expiring name or any registrars have the access?
