Backlinks?

Does anyone have some advice one the subject of backlinks and how to establish them for my dental insurance site? Any and all advise or help would be greatly appreciated.

I would start by looking at the search engine results for google and yahoo for your keywords. Then I would examine at the least the top ten results on each for: quality, pagerank, inbound links, etc. Remeber, its quality NOT quanity.

I would then conact via email the sites that appear to be of high quality and ask them for a reciprocal link. You may want to also thing about a pay-per-click program to drive in even more traffic.

But pay attention to the quality of the backlinks. They must be relevant.
