I found this tool, surprisingly with a google adsense ad. :P

It takes your keywords you enter and finds sites that have a add url/add site/add link, and many more in them with your keyword and shows their pagerank for the page. I found it very usefull for finding quality places to request links and do exchanges.

Hope this helps people find the places they need links at.
