I have an offer on this domain, and would like your opinions. I was planning on developing it.

It's pretty much a play on the book "Baby Steps" from the movie "What About Bob?" It would of course be for topical self-help content.

Yes, like 1cruiser says, be careful you dont get scammed.

If the buyer WANTS an appraise then its a scammer.

I just got one for the domain which is in auction, the guy wanted to buy it but only if it was appraised, by the manual appraise site HE trusted The domain I was selling was is in auction and ends in a few days, if he were so interested he would have bidded, so obvious a scammer The scammers think they are sooo clever and others are so dumb

Yeah I've heard about that appraisal scam before. Crazy stuff.

The unsolicited offer was $100 for the bundle of Baby step it.com and Baby stepping it.com. They are decent alternative terms for "taking it easy" in relation to trying something new, or overcoming something.

I just didn't know what to make of them as standalone domains. I decided to just keep them and develop when I get around to it. Available self-help / psych domains are a pain to come up with.
