Awstats problem

Hey i'm having a problem configuring awstats. Normally i just use my hosts stats but when you're trying to sell a website most people want awstats. I extracted everything, in my /cgi-bin/ folder i can click the .pl file and look at the stats page but it says 0 for everything (even though i know im atleast getting 60-70 uniques a day from my host's stats & extreme tracking). So the problem is probably with my log file. what should i be pointing to as my log file? a new .log file?

im not sure dude i know in cPanel though they have a built in AwStats. i will install it like that and check it out

Well..heh, I don't know. I mean, I could intsall it for you..professionally, but I wouldn't know how to solve that problem...But, if I did install it, I'd make sure you got no problems at all or your money back
