Thanks, Abdul. I also regged the singular. Fine keywords. Too good to pass up.

I'm not regging too many .im lately (because I have so many), but I still think that if any of the new gTLDs go viral, so will .im (and other "intuitive" ccTLDs).

When .tel rolled out, I tried for both terms at $300 each (ouch), but didn't get them (I'm glad, at least at that price, LOL). This is much better.

Since long time no registrar is offering any .IM promo either or new reg or renewals... I think the cheapest place to reg .IM domains is DomainMonster who currently charge $8.99 both for new reg and renewals.

Nopes.
The .IM market is too slow. Better to hold your best one's and drop the rest. With too many gTLDs in the market, it's more difficult for .IM to grow although it wasn't growing at any good pace.
