Available French IDN - Dictionary Words - Letter A B

Hi fellow idn'ers!

I have started a list of the available .com idns for the french language. All of them are dictionary single words. Most of them have overture scores and I included the number of google results for that name. I also made an ACCURATE translation, french being my first language. I hope this list helps some of you that struggle a little bit with french and want to get in the game.

All of the list was compiled by hand, which took a LONG time, and each domain was available at the time of posting. I'd appreciate some feedback if you actually reg one from the list so i can update it

Thanks!

No. F*(( all those other languages. Everybody should know that English is the language of the internet. Why buy domains you can't type in with your querty keyboard....How will americans type in all these IDNs anyway?....IDNs will cause the global internet to meltdown and go haywire...If we all wait 2 or 3 more years, then everyone will be speaking English and those other languages will die away out of inconvenience....Even the Japanese and Chinese use ASCII domains - go take a look - all their domain names are in ASCII and besides they have like 10000 characters in their language it isn't too much to ask to get them to learn just 26 more...I'm an experienced domainer, I know about the world, I've travelled, I've been to cancun and once when I was drunk I crossed to border to Toronto. :D

Don't flame me - I'm just repeating funny stuff that's all been said before in one ignorant way or another. It's too fun not to.

Canadians have the option with a single button to change their keyboard into French.. I don't know about the rest.. But currently my keyboard is in French and I do use the characters when spelling out words as that is how it is.

Français has has a ç.. It would be wrong to say Francais as that is not how it is pronounced or spelt.

And actually English is the least used language pretty much in the World. The top ones are Spanish, Portugal, Chinese, India languages, etc..

You have a point but keep in mind we're talking about the internet...
we care about the most used on the internet

Hindi is currently not one of them. However India will rise up there in a few decades.

Halifax, NS.. And it depends who made your keyboard... You have never played on a HS keyboard or something and accidently pressed a key combo and now your ] and [ are é and ê?

BUT nevermind that.. The point was suppose to be that it is extremely easy for them to make qwerty keyboards for languages like French and Germany who have slight changes.. However Russian/Chinese can't really use these arguements as having over 2000 characters don't fit well on a 25" by 5" keyboard.

Wow you guys sure have posted a lot since the last time I checked NPs out! To easily switch between English and French Keyboard Profile just add both to your language bar if you are on the Windows OS. I have to switch many times per day and that is the (simplistic) way I do it. If any of you have a keyboard shortcut to do it I'd like to know about it too.

Also, good to see that some people are able to admit that IDNs will be needed in a few years. I like that some of you don't own a lot if not any but can still see that. It's not a competition for in the end, they are all domain names! And what is cool now is that most IDNers are moving from parking to deving so IDN awareness will go up soon.

As always, you can pm me with french questions if you have any.
Thanks for you guys that took the time to thank me for the (now old) list.
