I am fan of "info" domains. And i see there is a lot of potential for development in them.
All possible 3 and 4 letter dictionary words of "info" domains are taken.
General three letter .infos are going at $150 and 3 letter dictionary words can in the range off high XXXX.
Dictionary word 4 letter domains are worth a minimum of low XXX and can be more!
So the next in line is dictionary word 5 letter .infos Many are already taken. I just ran a search and come accross less than 1000 available 5 letter dictionary word left.
