I am trying to figure out how Auto and VIP work together, seems like they should somehow but I am drawing a blank at the moment. I am not of a fan of .biz As far as value goes I would say Reg Fee

Agree, the domain makes little sense and the extension pretty much kills it.

I don't really expect that domain name will be confused
For example, if we look at autovip.co.uk, the site will give us the clue …
It's certainly something like a vip service in auto business. Does it make sense?

I'd prefer having .com, .net domains, but the good names were taken off the market a long time ago. What is bad in .biz ext? And what is better .biz or country-level domain?
