Hi,
I've worked for over 10 years in the French domain name sector, but very little know the other markets.
In French, the generic and brandable names have become almost impossible to sell, the market is dead now. But there is a growing demand for SEO domains, and they sell better if they are brandable or generic.

For this reason, I've purchased autos-insurance.com which has incoming links, is old and may be have a branding potential. The content from the previous owner is still online, which may increase a little the value.

I'll be happy to know if such a domain could sell and at which price.

Obviously much better would be auto-insurance.com, that would be total bingo..but this additional "s" brings the value very much down.

The content and style of the website is bad, it will not add any value to the name, I personally would remove it.

I do not even see lot of branding potential there..would would want a name which is grammatically incorrect?

So imo, big company will not want it, maybe someone who would like to utilize it as affiliate site might pay mid XXX - low XXXX for it, if the person will really be able to utilize SEO properties of the domain, but chances are pretty slim.

as English is not my mother tongue, I thaught the name could make sense.
@lolwarrior: thanks, then I will sell it for its SEO properties only. Nothing special there either, about hi-xx, but the good thing with SEO domains is that they are very easy to sell, as soon as the prices are ok.
