This is a tough appraisal ~ it doesn't belong here imho only due to the fact GTLDs have not matured enough to grow value on long GTLDs ... It's like having,

CarInsurance.com - $35M
CarInsurance.auto / $XX

Notice how one of the above doesn't have an M attached to the price tag.
