Automotive Site with PR & Revenue

I am selling the site www.automobile-book.com it is an automotive information directory. It consist of automotive articles, links directory and forum.

Site is already indexed by the major search engines including google, msn and yahoo. I haven't done hardly any marketing on the site besides some link exchanges. The site doesn't make alot from adsense about $5 since january, but i just last week redid the main page so hopefully this may help. It has although made $95 since April 28th from link submissions to the directory. I will explain to the new owner how to get these submissions.

This is a very nice site for someone who has the time to work it. I just have to many projects going and have no time to work on this site.

I will set a BIN of just $300 and start the bidding off at $50 - I will end this auction on Thursday, June 15th at 12noon CST. I will also get some stats loaded on here for you to see as well.

Do you pay people for articles or do they just submit on their own? How much time per day/week (minimum) do you think it will take to maintain the site?

Hey briman1970, I did not pay for the articles, Authors submit them on there own. I would say minimum atleast 5 minutes a day. Theres not alot to it but daily you would need to login and approve any new articles and also check for submissions to the directory thats pretty much it.
