The first step to becoming an automatic millionaire is to have $0.006 million ($6,000). There is no need for you to panic because I am going to share with you how I raised mine.
Few years ago, I bought a house in the Bronx (a borough in New York City for those who live outside the United States.). I paid something in the neighborhood of $0.2 million and 18 months later, the house sold for close to $0.4 million. I only share that with you to set the stage for what I am about to share with you.
