There are a lot of billing/software companies in this space. Check this out; https://www.capterra.com/billing-and-invoicing-software/

I founded medical billing company back in the 80's and 90's and our companies name was Accounts Receivable Management Corporation. That's such a mouth full, so I changed it to Acsel, and now I see the new owners have changed it to "AcselHealth".com. While your name is very descriptive like mine was, it may be hard to sell.

Interesting, I tried to access your site, but couldn't? Does anyone use that domain for their business now? I found something else interesting while researching this for you, and I'll send you a private message.

Finally, I agree Estibot is crap along with all the others. I come from other industries where scoring programs are pretty reliable, but not this industry.

Value: 1K to 5K, I say this because the name is as descriptive a name can be in this industry, and the "average" billing company in this space does well over a million in revs annually.

For a payment processor, that is another story.
I haven't checked the search volume, you never know. Not hopeless, but tough sell.
The previous holder is Buydomains, they gave up on this after 4 years.
