Let me be clear what I do for $15.
I will just add a new template, and add a logo to it, if it's required.
Add a SEO plug in, so you can get some traffic coming to your site.
Make the category's you want, and make them auto post. By that the site's update's itself.
Install wordpress on any domain you want.

That's it! I will not do more for you, only if you pay me. Because people feel like they can take advantage of me. No, I just do the stuff posted above for $15.

Sounds like a fair deal, but I would also toss in a mod to reword things a bit to keep from having dupe content issues. But, it really is a good deal for any layman. Wordpress is a real money maker.
