Automated banner advertising script

I am looking for an automated banner advertising system so that users can sign up and order an advertising package and it is all done automatically.

Any one know of a good one?

I know of one.

It allows people to signup, then bid on placement.
Its CGI so I bet its a resource hog. I seen a PHP one before but cant seem to find it.

If you are looking for a PHP one, try the one namepros is currently using, AdRevenue, w3matter.com, which is a bit costly, but is worth it in the long run. If you don't mind programming a little bit, try phpADSnew, one of the more popular ones - no payment intergration, but is GNU free.
