there's a lot of niche and category can be corporate in this domain...

Personally I kind of like .cc (is also used more and more in China), although autoleasing is a little long, it is indeed a nice niche as Ronald just mentioned. Low $$$ for now, it might be worth to keep this for a few years to see how .cc will do in the future.
