I have this domain registered for 13 years now. At first I have exploited a website with this domain but now it is for sale. Autobrochures means in Dutch car sales brochures. My question is: does the fact alone the domain is that old makes it valuable? If yes only for Dutch users or worldwide?

Domain age is thought to be a factor in Google ranking, but if the domain changes hands then Google can see if from the WHOIS and can reset the benefit I think.

If a website has been added to the domain and you have links in and traffic, that is good for domain value.

Your .nl domain is going to appeal mainly to the Dutch market.
