Auto table???

Hi this will probly sound silly and most of you guys may get a good laugh out of it so please read on ,, i have a league table on my website that looks like this http://mysite.wanadoo-members.co.uk./transportfc/table.htm now every week it changes teams move up down ect goals and points get added up untill now i have been doing it maually but find it a bit frustrating is there any possible way that i can make another page maybe with a logon screen for each team to post their results in turn updates the league table at the same time without using php if not just laugh but if u have any ideas please let me know

There might be a way but I would think that PHP would be the most efficient and least stressful way of doing it.
