Auto newsfeed site???

Hello,
I would like to set up a low maintiance site that update on its own thru newsfeeds (?) if there is anything possible. I am looking for a free or low cost script. The site is www.metalmusicfans.com and will need to pull in music feeds.

Is there anything out there?
