What they fail to take into consideration is that, in MOST English-speaking countries, this indeed is the preferred spelling.

Just ask the folks who reside in the UK or the land down under.

Anyway, it's a good name for credit card merchants, security, etc.

Any idea about wholesale and/or retail value?

Oh, I forgot to mention. If you go to Google and type in the word "authorise", look what comes up first.

Although the name gets directed to Sedo's sale page, I imagine it would still garner some traffic after a sale was made and before Google ran another check.
