I'm trying to determine a value on my name/site:

I was offered 25k for it several days ago.

It has a website on it that whenever I would get off my butt and answer some pre-order questions and/or process orders would produce between 100 - 3000+ in revenue per month.

I've been refunding order payments because I just don't have time to process orders due to other projects. I'm getting ready to sell and need an opinion on what it should appraise and sell for. Hopefully 25k is not too low.

25k sounds nice. Take the money and run even though it has the potential to make 3k per month due to heavy traffic. It seems like you have other things going on and it may be the best offer you will ever see.
